Is your business already listed on WhatsInPattaya.com? You can report incorrect information, request removal, or claim management of the listing if your business qualifies under our current listing policy.
Important: You Do Not Need to Claim a Listing to Correct or Remove It
If information on a listing is incorrect, outdated or misleading, please email us and tell us what needs correcting. You do not need to own the business to report inaccurate information. We welcome genuine corrections because we try to keep the directory useful and current.
We will review information submitted to us, but we do not guarantee that every requested correction will be made, or that it will be made within any particular timeframe.
Want Your Business Listing Removed?
No problem. If you own the business or are authorised to act for it, email us and identify the listing you want removed.
Please include reasonable proof that you own the business or are authorised to act on its behalf. This could include an email from the business domain, business documents, photographs or other verifiable evidence. Once we are satisfied that the request is genuine, we will remove the listing.

Is Something on the Listing Incorrect?
Please tell us. You do not need to claim the listing simply to report incorrect or outdated information.
You can email us about incorrect opening hours, an incorrect address, a business that has closed, an incorrect category, outdated photographs or other factual errors.
We will consider genuine correction requests, but corrections are made at our discretion and according to our available resources. We do not guarantee that every update request will be accepted or completed.
Can You Claim and Manage the Listing?
That depends on the type of business.
✓ You Can Claim It
Businesses that qualify for a Basic (FREE) listing may submit a new listing and, once approved, manage that listing through their WhatsInPattaya.com account.
Current eligible categories include:
Paid Listing Required to Claim
Businesses that do not qualify for a free listing may not claim or obtain management control of an existing listing without selecting an applicable paid listing.

Reporting an Error Is Not the Same as Claiming a Listing
Any person may report information that appears inaccurate. Reporting an error does not give that person ownership or management control of the listing. Businesses that want direct control must meet the applicable listing and claiming requirements.
Free Listings and Ongoing Updates
Basic (FREE) listings are provided as a discretionary service. We try to keep information useful and current, but free listings do not include unlimited manual administration by the WIP team.
We may make requested corrections or updates where appropriate, but we do not guarantee that every requested change will be made or that it will be completed within a particular timeframe.
Where a free listing requires repeated manual changes or disproportionate administration, we may decline further update requests or remove the listing. Eligible businesses that want ongoing control should claim and manage their listing through their own account.
How to Claim an Eligible Listing
Create Your Account
Sign in or create a WhatsInPattaya.com account.
Submit the Listing
Submit the current business information and select the appropriate listing type.
Identify the Existing Listing
Tell us that your submission is intended to replace an existing WIP listing.
Please include this at the beginning of your submission:
DUPLICATE LISTING — Please replace the existing listing for [BUSINESS NAME].
We will remove this note before publication.
