Is your business already listed on WhatsInPattaya.com? You can request removal of the listing or replace it with an owner-managed listing containing your current business information.

Do you want your listing removed?

No problem. Email us and identify the listing you would like removed. Please include reasonable proof that you own the business or are authorised to act on its behalf.

Where possible, please contact us from an official email address associated with the business. You may also attach business documents, photographs or other verifiable evidence confirming that you own the business or are authorised to act on its behalf. Once this has been confirmed, we will remove the listing.

Do you want to update or manage the listing?

To change the business description, photographs, opening hours, address or other information, please submit a new listing. Once approved, the old listing will be replaced and the new listing will be connected to your WhatsInPattaya.com account, allowing you to easily manage and update it in future.

Please include the following at the beginning of your description:

DUPLICATE LISTING — Please replace the existing listing for [BUSINESS NAME].

We will remove this note before publishing the replacement listing.

Choose the Right Listing

* Free Listing Eligibility

Basic (FREE) listings are only available for businesses with business premises open to customers during their published opening hours.

Businesses without customer-accessible premises — including mobile, online, home-based or service-only businesses where customers cannot visit — must select a Premium or Featured Business listing.

Important Information About Existing Contact Details

Some unclaimed listings created by the WIP team from publicly available information may currently include a phone number or links to social media accounts. These details may have been included at our discretion when the original listing was created.

When you replace an existing listing with an owner-managed listing, the new listing will include only the features available under the listing type you select. Therefore, phone numbers, websites and social media links shown on the previous listing will not be carried over to a new Basic (FREE) listing.

To retain or add direct contact details and links, you must select a Premium or Featured Business listing.

Contact Details on Free Listings

Phone numbers, email addresses, websites, social media links or other contact details must not be placed in the title, tagline, description, photographs or other fields of a free listing. WIP may remove those details, edit the submission or decline publication.

What Happens After Submission?

The WIP team will review your submission and may contact you if we need proof of ownership, authority or additional information.

Once the replacement listing has been approved, we will remove or replace the previous listing and publish the new version under your account. You will then be able to manage and update it through WhatsInPattaya.com in future.
